GradeForge Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are between you and GradeForge, the operator of this service. Contact GradeForge at support@gradeforge.ai. These Terms govern your use of GradeForge. By using the service, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you are not old enough to agree to online-service terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms with you.
The service
GradeForge provides Ontario Grade 9 Mathematics learning activities, including reviewed questions, diagnostics, explanations, missions, progress evidence, and weekly challenges. Features may change as we improve the service. GradeForge is not a school, tutoring contract, report card, or official assessment provider.
No guaranteed outcome or affiliation
Recommendations and readiness information are estimates based on the work available to GradeForge. Evidence may be labelled initial or limited. We do not guarantee a grade increase, course result, or EQAO result. GradeForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by EQAO.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping your sign-in credentials private, and activity under your account. Do not share an account or impersonate another person. Tell us promptly at support@gradeforge.ai if you believe an account is compromised.
Acceptable use
You may use GradeForge for personal learning. You must not attempt to extract hidden answer keys, bypass activity limits, interfere with grading, probe another student’s information, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service logic, upload harmful material, or use the service unlawfully. Shared challenge links must not be used to identify, harass, or rank students or schools.
Free access and purchases
The launch offer includes the five-question scan, complete diagnostic and gap report, one personalized daily mission, weekly challenges, and basic progress and explanations at no charge. If a paid Exam Sprint or a preserved legacy membership is offered to your account, its price, duration, and included features are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Unless the checkout says otherwise, one-time access does not renew automatically.
Content and ownership
GradeForge and its original interface, questions, explanations, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your own learning and share only the result cards and links the product provides. You retain rights in information you submit, and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.
Availability and safety
We work to keep grading and reviewed content accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Do not rely on GradeForge as your only source for a deadline or official course requirement. Report suspected incorrect grading, unreviewed content, or private-data exposure to support@gradeforge.ai.
Suspension, deletion, and changes
We may restrict access needed to protect students, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Student accounts may export or delete the account through Your data choices. Content-author, reviewer, and admin accounts must contact support first so required publication provenance can be preserved. Deletion is permanent and ends access associated with that account. We may update these Terms; material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
